Doorways of Interest

What is it about doorways that attract me so much? I don't think it's the architecture of them that draws me. I'm sure it's not the mystery of what lies beyond them....I'm rarely that deep a thinker. I travel more along the lines of I like how they make me feel. Is it even possible for a doorway to make you 'feel' anything? Perhaps I just find them aesthetically pleasing!
